1. Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US 48 contiguous states. For customers seeking faster delivery options, we offer expedited and overnight shipping at an additional cost. The shipping rates for these options are as follows:

2. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Please note that orders are not processed on federal holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep within the US 48 contiguous states.
• Delivery to PO Boxes may take an additional 2-5 business days.
• Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days.
• Upgraded orders placed after 2 p.m. PT Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day.
• Please be aware that major holidays, such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, may experience delivery delays due to high demand.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please take note of our return policy:

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of your order to initiate a hassle-free return.

2. Return Conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Fee: To simplify the return process, we offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.

4. Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The refunded amount will be your total purchase price, less the $6.99 return shipping cost.
